Comarch’s Loyalty Personality Quiz is a weekly series that challenges the traditional approach to loyalty, focusing on the POV of a consumer rather than a brand.

Each week, we invite professionals from the world of loyalty and ask them questions about how they perceive loyalty programs of which they’re a part. Based on their answers, we assign them a Loyalty Personality Type that reflects their approach and stance on loyalty.
